(Sumner, WA - July 7th 2006) – ExplorerSeek announced today that effective immediately, it has completed a merger with Flip Networks Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
The deal announced Friday is expected to help brand awareness, simplify processes, and lower the cost of services. ExplorerSeek.com will continue to operate under the ExplorerSeek.com name and will continue to offer additional business solutions, however, they will operate under the corporation of Flip Networks based in Sumner Washington.
